Summary :
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Flexible work arrangement (onsite, remote or hybrid)
Plans and conducts audits, reviews, investigations, and projects to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, accreditation and industry requirements, and internal policies and procedures. Identifies risks, provides education and training, and participates in compliance program activities to maintain an effective system-wide Corporate Compliance Program.

Description
1. Develops and / or maintains understanding of organization and its subsidiaries organizational structure and lines of authority, an understanding of internal audit policies, procedures, and practices.
2. Researches areas to be audited to identify and assess any risk associated with project area. Conducts field work and / or information gathering in effective, efficient, and professional manner.
3. Performs compliance monitoring and auditing of assigned areas according to applicable standards as part of the compliance auditing team.
4. Prepares comprehensive supporting documentation for audit findings and recommendations and / or proposed resolutions. Ensures that the audit, review, project or investigation is completed by the established deadline, work papers are complete, and team-assigned work has been reviewed.
5. Writes audit reports, audit memoranda, or project reports in a timely manner. Submits reports to internal or external boards as required.
6. Conducts exit conference to discuss findings, areas of risk and proposed solutions. Monitors resolution implementation and tracks results.
7. Develops and provides on-going compliance education and training regarding general compliance matters and issues identified during audits, reviews, projects, and investigations. Participates in the preparation of compliance-related communications and education / training materials.
8. Monitors appropriate state, federal, and industry websites and publications to identify and monitor emerging issues and areas of concern. Consults on an ad hoc basis regarding compliance issues as needed.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
