Career Education Coordinator

Overview

The Education Coordinator For the Arkansas Craft School Career Education Program plays a vital role in enhancing the educational experience within our institution. This position involves overseeing various educational programs, ensuring they meet academic standards and align with institutional goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. This role requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and students to create an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• The Student Recruiter is responsible for executing recruitment strategies which will assist to meet enrollment 100% goals
• Ensures CE program is fully enrolled by the first day of the semester
• Attends community events and informational fairs to inform eligible families and promote the CE program
• Assist students in completing a paper or online application
• Monitor quality applications submitted
• Maintains and cultivates a solid wait-list
• Coordinate Open Houses to promote the CE program
• Any and all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills / technologies, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong organization skills
