They are responsible for monitoring and resolving software issues, troubleshooting, implementing software updates, documenting procedures, and ensuring software compliance. The ASA 1 plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of the applications used and ensures the organization can operate effectively and efficiently.We are seeking candidates who embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired.What Youll Do at Arvest : (Other duties may be assigned.)Provide daily operational support for application systems under the guidance and support of more senior staff.Implement, patch, test, and apply software updates under supervision, ensuring applications are up-to-date and the changes do not impact organizational operations.Assist in preparing supporting documentation, such as training materials and user guides.Maintain record of system requests and problems that occur (down time, system failure, error messages, and actions taken).Help identify and resolve technical issues related to application systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally, and the data is accurate and secure.Ensure applications comply with industry standards and regulations, working with compliance teams to implement any necessary changes.Participate in on-call rotations as needed.Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA / AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and / or account activity
