What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Provide daily operational support for application systems under the guidance and support of more senior staff.
- Implement, patch, test, and apply software updates under supervision, ensuring applications are up-to-date and the changes do not impact organizational operations.
- Assist in preparing supporting documentation, such as training materials and user guides.
- Maintain record of system requests and problems that occur (down time, system failure, error messages, and actions taken).
- Help identify and resolve technical issues related to application systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally, and the data is accurate and secure.
- Ensure applications comply with industry standards and regulations, working with compliance teams to implement any necessary changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
Toolbox for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical or support experience
- 1 year of technical or support experience
- A broad range of skills including:
- Scripting/programming
- Server maintenance
- Troubleshooting/problem solving
- Experience with PHP, Python, or PowerShell
- Experience with Move It, Active Batch or Enterprise Scheduling software is preferred
- Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
