Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Emergency Room at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations of the emergency room, ensuring optimal patient care, staff management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Experience in Budgeting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in supervision in an Emergency Room setting is a plus
- Current and valid Arkansas, or reciprocal state, RN License
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
