Join Our Team as a IT Help Desk Dispatcher
Are you a detail-oriented IT professional with a strong background in dispatching, call center operations, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments? We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Help Desk Dispatcher to join our growing Managed IT Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize service tickets to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
- Coordinate task assignments with technical support teams based on urgency and skillset.
- Monitor and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide status updates and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, a call center, and/or within an MSP environment is required.
- Solid understanding of IT service workflows and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
