Position Type : Adjunct Job Title : Part-Time Community Education and Workforce Development Instructor Classification Title : Part-Time Faculty ASUB Campus Location : ASU Beebe Job Description : ASU-Beebe is seeking part-time instructors to teach Community Education courses for the Beebe, Searcy, and Heber Springs campuses during the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters.These are short classes for personal enrichment and enjoyment, covering a wide array of hobbies, skills, special interests, and hands-on skills or activities.Courses may be a one-time introductory class or a series of classes taught in the evenings or on Saturdays.Pay will be determined depending on course type and the number of students.To determine if your hobby or interest would make a good Community Education class, please contact the Director of Workforce and Community Development, Karen Drobeck at kmdrobeckasub.edu before applying. Required Qualifications : Instructors should be both proficient in their abilities and comfortable demonstrating their skills and projects with participants. Instructors should also be able to adapt their content to basic and intermediate skill levels. Advanced levels will be taught separately. Minimum Salary or Salary Range : Pay will be determined depending on the course type and the number of students.
