We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Softball Coach to lead our intercollegiate softball program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in coaching and recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with student athletes, coaches, and staff.
The Head Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan, managing game day operations, and maintaining a positive and respectful team environment. Additionally, the Head Coach will support the overall mission and goals of the Arkansas State University - Mountain Home Athletic Department.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, as well as a strong commitment to academic excellence and student athlete success.
