The H.O.W.L. Service Center is seeking work student students to work in our mental health clinic at the front desk. The HOWL Service Center provides mental health service to the community and students, staff, and faculty on campus.
Duties & Responsibilities :
As a receptionist, students will :
Answer the phone
Check in clients
Clean areas
File paperwork
Be professional and respectful
Be confidential in all ways.
Work with other staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Prefer experience in either of the following : customer service, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, phone etiquette, good oral and written communication.
General Days / Hours :
The position will consist of 6-15 hours per week for the entire 2024-2025 school year per your work study guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications :
Must be currently enrolled at A-State and received Federal work-study award for the current academic year.
