- 8 am – 12 pm
- 10 am – 2 pm
- 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
- Manage vendor registrations for career fairs through an online platform
- Process credit card payments, deposits, and issue payment receipts
- Pursue and collect outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate electronic records of all financial transactions
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the departmental email account
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of state, federal, and university rules, regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with common goals as a part of a team
