Provide clerical support to Office Manager in Career Services office, including overseeing vendor registrations for career fairs, managing financial transactions, communicating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a permanent 12-month position, 20 hrs per week, Monday through Friday, for one of the following possible shifts:

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage vendor registrations for career fairs through an online platform.
- Process credit card payments, deposits, and issue payment receipts.
- Pursue and collect outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of all financial transactions.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the departmental email account.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Excel spreadsheets, MS Word, and Gmail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
