As a Bulk Line Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machines and equipment, as well as training on brine room basics.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging machines and equipment
- Train on all brine room basics- loading carts with cheese and marking vats
- Handle, sort, and package dairy products
- Clean and sanitize machinery
Requirements
- Combination of education and related experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
