Looking for a fun and rewarding summer job? Join our Summer T-Ball Instruction Team as a Lead Instructor and help young players learn the game in an exciting, positive environment! With up to 20 hours per week, programs run Monday-Thursday (4:00-6:30 PM) and Saturdays (9:00-11:30 AM), starting the week of June 9. Pre-season training is provided to ensure you're ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love of the game to the field! JOB SPECIFIC INFORMATION
- Plans and leads T-ball lessons, drills, and activities based on the coaching manual.
- Prepares and organizes materials, equipment, and class rosters.
- Provides instruction, demonstrates techniques, and ensures skill development.
- Communicates with parents, oversees participant safety, and reports incidents as needed.
- Guides assistant instructors, maintains a clean environment, and follows district policies.
