This role offers an average of 10-20 hours per week, with a mix of regular weekday daytime hours and evening or weekend shifts on event days.

JOB SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
- Responds to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly, assisting patrons and staff with questions about event, rental, and party fees, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinates rentals and party reservations by assisting patrons in finding locations, scheduling events, creating permits, managing paperwork and payments, and communicating details to facility staff.
- Assists with scheduling, training, and evaluating Event, Rental, and Party Host staff while also tracking registrations, creating registration codes, and managing waitlists.
- Supports event planning by purchasing, organizing, and delivering supplies, maintaining inventory, and attending events to assist with setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Monitors facilities during events, rentals, and parties, performing light custodial duties as needed, and ensures all processes align with District policies and safety guidelines.
- Prepares marketing materials, attends required trainings and meetings, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and performs additional duties as assigned.
