The ideal candidate will be conscientious, organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Position Duties
- Reconcile invoices to packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare invoices to enter in our system.
- Enter invoices for check processing. Process and issue checks for mailing.
- Update freight, prepare for entering, enter, generate checks, and prepare for mailing.
- Process daily cash sheets.
- Maintain accurate company records.
Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable experience.
- Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent Attendance required
