Description
Seeking a qualified individual to join our AR department. Cash application, debit reconciliation, contact our customers or others involved with daily operations as needed. Other AR duties as assigned.
Position Duties
- Data entry - cash application
- Debits - research and issue credit or send a charge-back to the customer
- Debits - research and issue credit or send a charge-back to the customer
- Manage accounts with apply to documents and write offs
- Process credit for material returns to the factory
- Process credit for material returns to the Rep
- Enter data into the system to produce credit in the system
- Handle incoming calls from the customer and rep and assist or direct accordingly
Qualifications
- This position is best suited to a person who can multitask, is detail oriented and has strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Excel experience required
- Willingness to learn
