We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategy for acquiring, engaging, and retaining users. In this role, you’ll bridge product and marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences, optimize conversion funnels, and scale growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying friction points and improving conversion rates.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to segment users, personalize experiences, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Evaluate and personalize lifecycle marketing communications (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS) to drive user engagement and retention.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and re-engage users.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices in growth marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- 5 years of experience in growth product management, product-led growth, or growth marketing, preferably in the mobile app or subscription-based industry.
- Strong background in funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and user lifecycle strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic display, etc.) and their impact on product growth.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to develop viral, referral, and incentive-based growth strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for growth and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $117,000 - $145,000
