Acadia is looking for a dynamic attorney with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a sophisticated commercial real estate practice to serve as an Assistant General Counsel. This lawyer will work on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures, and will regularly participate in strategic discussions with business teams at the company, giving this individual the opportunity to be a meaningful contributor to the organization’s growth. The candidate must have significant experience working on material transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and joint venture agreements, and managing deal closings. This is a perfect opportunity for an attorney with large law firm experience to leverage their training for an in-house career, or for an existing in-house attorney to grow as part of a department that plays an integral role in achieving the company’s underlying goals.
The total compensation for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range is $250,000 - $300,000.
