Job Title: Front Desk Administrator - Chiropractic Office

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic chiropractic office! As a key member of our team, you will oversee essential administrative tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations. If you’re an excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients, delivering exceptional customer service

- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and front desk operations

- Coordinate patient intake and registration processes

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

- Handle insurance verifications and billing

- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies

- Supervise and train front desk staff

- Collaborate with chiropractors to maintain efficient office workflow

- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

- Proven experience in front desk administration or similar roles

- Familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare office procedures (preferred)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- A customer service-oriented approach

- Professionalism and integrity

- Availability for flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
