As the Construction Operations Manager, you will serve as the central hub for project coordination, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between sales, on-site project managers, scheduling, and materials purchases. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and operational oversight will ensure our projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the liaison between sales teams, project managers, and the accounting department.
- Manage schedules, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time.
- Project Oversight:
- Monitor the progress of multiple projects, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Operational Support:
- Develop and refine workflows to improve project delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all ongoing projects.
- Provide administrative support as needed to streamline operations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Work closely with the accountant to track expenses and forecast future project costs.
- Analyze financial data to make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or operations management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and materials procurement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
