Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the development, design, and permitting of multiple land development projects.
- Evaluate project feasibility based on site constraints, constructability assessment, and economic viability.
- Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Perform technical calculations, prepare design specifications, and research regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, permit applications, and present project findings to stakeholders.
This position requires a strong understanding of financial models, budget management, and MS Office 365 proficiency. A valid driver's license is also required.
