Head of Marketing – Armada Law
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing for Armada Law is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and support the firm’s expansion into new markets. This person will lead all marketing efforts, including digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, community engagement, and referral marketing, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives and culture.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expertise in execution and leadership. They will oversee marketing operations, manage a budget of $1.8M-$2.4M annually, and ensure Armada Law achieves its primary KPI—signed cases per month.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support firm growth and expansion into new markets.
- Manage and optimize (through outsourced vendors) paid marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook, and SEO efforts.
- Oversee and hold accountable third-party vendors, ensuring digital marketing partners deliver results.
- Develop Armada Law’s brand presence through content marketing, social media, PR campaigns and video strategy.
- Drive referral marketing efforts by supporting business development outreach to medical providers, chiropractors, and other potential referral sources.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, focusing on cost-per-wanted-lead, and cost-per-case acquisition.
- Work with leadership to evaluate and identify key locations for office expansion, ensuring local marketing efforts align with new markets.
- Lead, manage, and hold the marketing team accountable, running same page meetings and Level 10 meetings for marketing weekly.
