This includes assessing our needs, designing a customized program, selecting and implementing the knowledge management practices, and developing a comprehensive taxonomy to organize and access information.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI dashboards and Sharepoint Sites
- Three years of experience in:
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and Sharepoint Sites;
- Develop projects and processes using the Microsoft Power Application and Automation tools;
- Maintain and administer permissions and access to products and applications;
- Coordinating requirements with external customers;
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and three years of experience in the Information Technology/Knowledge Management field.
- Allowable substitution: Seven years of professional experience in the Information Technology/Knowledge Management field.
