Job Duties :

  • Clean extrusion and compounding machines during color changes to maintain product quality.
  • Assist machine operators with material handling, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Eventually will learn how to operate machinery.
  • Cleaning in and around workstations to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support production processes by measuring, mixing, and loading raw materials as needed.
  • Learn to operate extrusion, blending, and grinding equipment with proper training.
  • Forklift training provided if needed to operate.
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements :

  • Flexibility in performing various job duties
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
  • Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and fast-paced production setting.
  • Willingness to learn machine operation and follow safety protocols.
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
  • 16.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • Paid lunch break
  • Attire : Long Pants, Closed-Toed Shoes and T-Shirt
  • Working in a color and plastic compounding facility.
