We are looking for a strategic and experienced Vice President, Finance to join our leadership team. In this role, you will lead financial strategy, operational efficiency, and assist in fundraising initiatives. You’ll develop and maintain dynamic financial models, create insightful KPI dashboards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with company objectives. What You’ll Do
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Design, implement, and manage KPI dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance and key growth drivers.
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning, ensuring seamless alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute fundraising strategies for future financing rounds.
- Prepare financial materials for investor presentations, board meetings, and due diligence processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective investors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Financial Operations & Compliance
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and refine internal controls, policies, and procedures to support operational scalability.
- Manage external financial relationships, including auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to align financial insights with company goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation and ROI.
- Work closely with HR and operations to forecast and manage headcount growth and compensation planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally at a high-growth startup, with experience at the Series A stage or beyond.
- Strong expertise in building complex financial models and creating insightful KPI dashboards.
- Experience leading or supporting successful fundraising efforts, including Series B financing rounds.
- Deep understanding of SaaS or AI/ML business models and metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
