What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Client Solutions position at ARMADA?
SUMMARY
The Account Manager, Client Solutions Group, owns responsibility for a product group and/or service offering in alignment with the client’s network. They will be responsible for coordinating all activities to meet client network logistics and warehousing requirements. This individual will engage in a high degree of collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to develop and implement client-based solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationships
- Build and develop relationships with key client, client network and internal partners to understand the supply chain nodes and roles within Armada and the client’s network.
- Represent Armada on external strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Become a trusted “Go-To” resource for client and client network partners, demonstrating the value of Armada’s role in the client’s network.
Solution Delivery
- Utilize prior supply chain experience to develop or assist in developing supply chain solutions – logistics, inventory control, cost savings, service improvement, etc - within the client’s network.
- Lead internal and external solution activity and implementation in support of strategic goals and objectives. Balance client success with Armada success.
- Communicate relevant customer updates to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain SOPs as needed.
- Financial Goal Attainment
- Understand Armada revenue components, identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and demonstrate consistent service achievement to drive Armada value proposition.
- Contribute to internal volume and budget reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Support/lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive value for Armada Redistribution and logistics services in the client network.
- Create SOW and work with internal partners, develop plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Support/lead internal continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes and/or meet Armada growth goals.
Special Projects
- Liaison between operations and client on any special project requests.
McDonald’s Business Unit
- Participate in weekly McDonald’s Business Unit Huddles
- Support open planning to provide fresh thinking, strategy development, idea and marketplace solutions tailored to improving the client’s supply chain.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Desired
- 5 years experience in a supply chain related capacity – distribution, transportation, planning, forecasting, procurement, client service, SC technology, etc.
- Account Management and/or Business Development Experiences
- Leadership and Business Accountability Track Record, strong relationship and networking skills
- Foodservice industry and/or last mile distribution experience highly desirable. General Supply chain knowledge including distribution and logistics, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and inventory management preferred
- Demonstrated project management, analytical and personal productivity skills
- A history of personal business success is more vital than a degree – BS/MBA degree in business, engineering, finance, or logistics preferred
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a benefit
Physical Demands and Work Environment
