JOB RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supportthe Engineerof Construction throughout various daily activities on ongoing projects
- Demonstrate working knowledgewith developing and/ormonitoringcontract documents, preparing and/or reviewing payment applications, reviewing change orders, and evaluatingdesk audits of contractor billings
- Ensure proper documentation is received from contractors for all aspects of contract
- Review monthly reports;assist in the presentation of findingsvia update meetings whilsttakingmeeting minutes
- Prepare general correspondenceand schedule meetings and follow-up appointments for parties involved in ongoing projects via phone and email
- Update financial logs; ensuringthat contractor reporting for MWBE and certified payrolls are completed
- Perform related tasks
- AnAssociate's Degreefrom an accredited college related to Business, Construction, Engineering, or Architecturerequired. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experiencein office engineering and/or administration work in a professional setting with a focus on construction contracts
- Familiarity with reviewing and processing contractor change orders
- A valid driver's license is required for this position
- Good familiarity with MicrosoftOffice Suite software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a SWAC background check at high level
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
