Job Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, including faculty, administrators, students, and school organizations.

  • Successfully execute campus recruiting activities such as on-campus presentations, career fairs, mock interviews, and resume review workshops to hire intern and full-time staff accountants and consultants.

  • Identifying and facilitate leadership opportunities on campus.

  • Lead candidates through full cycle recruiting, process, and maintain accurate records in applicant ATS/recruitment system.

  • Generate and present candidates offer letters in a timely manner.

  • Establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with hiring leads and candidates.

  • Create and maintain data integrity surrounding open requisitions, offer statuses, and any other crucial reports on a weekly basis. 

  • Consults with hiring managers to understand Staff level roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates, handling the full cycle recruitment process from opening a new requisition through to offer letter and onboarding. 

  • Serve as a Social Media Brand Ambassador. Source passive candidates using social media, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and referrals.

  • Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates across all offices/regions and departments as needed.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements and participate in team process improvement projects as needed.

 

Requirements 

  • Exposure to the campus recruiting cycle.  

  • Ability and willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons.

  • Build and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and key regional schools.

  • Solid understanding of reporting metrics pertaining to Campus.

  • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.

  • Demonstrative experience marketing and social media

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in campus recruiting in Public Accounting within a Professional Services environment.

  • Experience in applicant tracking systems and CRMs such as Workday and Loxo.

  • Individuals with assurance, tax, or consulting experience.
