Armanino is seeking a skilled and experienced D365 FSC Development / Engineering Manager to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (D365 FSC) development team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of D365 FSC solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of D365 FSC developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of D365 FSC solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest D365 FSC features and updates, incorporating them into development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the development team as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in engineering and development of Microsoft D365 FSC and Dynamics AX, preferably within a management consulting or professional services firm.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and managing engineering/development teams in a D365 FSC environment.
Expertise in Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s broader ecosystem, including Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Proficiency in SQL, along with a solid understanding of C# and the .NET framework.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of Agile and Sprint development methodologies is a plus.

For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $123,000 - $145,000. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $135,000 - $160,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $135,000 - $160,000. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $135,000 - $160,000. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $141,000 - $167,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
