We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working remotely each week. This position is in Alexandria, VA or Lincoln, NE.
About the Role:
The 5 Star Life Worksite Strategic Analyst is sales development and enablement role responsible for coordinating activity on new group installation, with a focus on assisting with or directing the review, development and ultimate deployment of strategic initiatives and partnerships that lead to the further achievement of sales and new business development objectives as outlined by the VP of Sales.
While this role will cross multiple product lines and sales practice approaches , data analysis and other market facing activities, all work will be assigned to support the larger corporate growth objectives. This role will largely be tasked with:
- Support sales effort
- Advance vision and strategy
- Marketing support
- Relationship development
- Partnering for renewal reviews
- Supporting initial group set up
