We are on the lookout for an experienced UX Designer to join our Skopje office and work on our product together with the rest of the Skopje team. We are looking for someone exceptional, someone who will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, will take initiative, and will be able to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business requirements into effective and aesthetically pleasing workable solutions. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our product.
You will have the chance to work with a team of amazing developers in a friendly, relaxed environment in our centrally located Skopje office.
Your responsibilities for the UX Designer role will include, but will not be limited to :
- User Research : Conduct user research through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing and persona development) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. The insights gathered from these efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our design strategies and product enhancements.
- Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas and solutions.
- Information Architecture : Develop and maintain information architecture for our product, ensuring logical and intuitive navigation.
- User Interface Design : Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Usability Testing : Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Staying Updated : Keep abreast of the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications :
Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience : 3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
