Leasing Specialist

Duties:

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide information about rental properties
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and other necessary documents
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Assist with property maintenance by submitting work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Maintain organized files and records related to leasing activities
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain tenant relationships
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants, such as parking spaces or storage units

Skills:

- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate lease terms and conditions
- Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance processes
- Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, for document preparation and management
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with prospective tenants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
