Duration : Fixed-term contract for 6 Months (with possibility to go permanent)
Weekly Hours : 40 hours per week
Location : 100% Remote US (ideally based in PST or MST)
Position Overview :
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented People Team Assistant for a full-time, 6-month contract role. This remote position will support various People Team functions, including HRIS support, compliance, new hire onboarding experience, international mobility assistance, and employee life-cycle support such as LOAs, safety, and benefits. The HR Assistant will report directly to the Director, People Business Partner, Americas, and collaborate with the People team to ensure seamless operations and support for our employees.
What you will do : HRIS Support :
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Input and update employee data accurately and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and analytics as needed.
- Provided user support and assisted employees with HRIS-related inquiries.
