Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required)
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for Microsoft Modern Work & Security solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and other partners to increase referrals and sales.
- Build strong partnerships with Microsoft to enhance co-selling opportunities.
- Build relationships within and help support the Armor Microsoft MSP aligned partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities to boost revenue and margins.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on effective campaigns and promotions.
- Provide expertise on Microsoft products and licensing to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Report progress and KPIs to leadership weekly.
- Drive initiatives with regional and national teams, reporting progress to leadership.
- Support joint GTM campaigns and business development activities.
- Create channel-facing content that highlights the value of Armor's solutions.
- Serve as the main contact for regional alliance activities and manage partner metrics.
- Capacity to close sales engagements on your own with the support of a technical consultant.
- Proven experience in alliances and go-to-market (GTM) efforts within the cybersecurity sector.
- Experience working at or in collaboration with Microsoft.
- Ability to understand and evaluate key metrics and business needs of channel partners, translating insights into impactful positioning and engaging messaging.
- Strong knowledge of security and cloud technologies, including Sentinel Migration and Modernization.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with a willingness to execute as an individual contributor when necessary.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to foster introductions and long-term partnerships.
- Confidence, proactivity, and a high level of self-motivation to drive initiatives and achieve objectives.
