As a Roofing Installer, you'll lead a team in installing top-tier roofing systems, ensuring that every project is completed with precision and efficiency. You'll be the on-site leader, coordinating with clients and crew members to deliver an outstanding customer experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install various roofing materials, including shingles, metal panels, and tiles with expert precision.
• Support a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality expectations.
• Communicate with clients and team members to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site challenges as they arise.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of roofing experience (leadership experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working at heights and handling physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (a must for operating company vehicles).
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
