Job Overview

Requirements
- Ensure the efficient setup and production of quality material on their assigned coating line
- Responsible for coordinating job changeovers, monitoring the master schedule, and accurately recording and entering production data, including test results
- Complete accurately and in a timely manner, all required production reports and quality data entries utilizing provided job traveler and/or designated software
- Review Manufacturing Order schedule and prepare/plan for upcoming production runs
- Coordinate and perform production runs to meet targets based on job specifications and work instructions
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Maintain housekeeping at machine areas according to established standards
- Master all controls and consoles related to the whole operation or specific stations and tools on the line
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, Armorlube requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start
- Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment
- Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to resolve issues or problems that may arise.
- Ability to perform responsibility accurately and thoroughly.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure
