About the Role
- Demonstrate key skills to develop and implement processes that maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop Transformation Plans to improve Plant performance regarding Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Create a Strategy Deployment Process to align with Armorock enterprise Vision and guidance.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability in safety, quality, customer service, and cost.
- Promote associate engagement for effective utilization of assets to produce optimal results.
- Analyze real-time data to improve performance and eliminate waste.
- Develop systems and processes that optimize productivity standards, metrics, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality and service.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic company goals and initiatives.
- Demonstrate a floor presence across all shifts to verify consistent daily run-rate processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or technical/manufacturing process.
- 4-5 years of experience in the dispatch function in the precast or manufacturing process.
- Manufacturing industry background preferred.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
- Professionalism, dependability, commitment, and integrity.
- Able to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
