Territory Sales Executive

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for establishing new client relationships, signing new business, educating customers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle (from prospect to collections). Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : prospecting, client calls and meetings, presentation preparation and delivery, new quote and submittal process management, pipeline and backlog management, internal and external coordination, and collections assistance.

Polymer Concrete Structures for underground infrastructure, construction, industrial applications, and mining.

Compensation

80,000 base salary plus commission for a REALISTIC first year target of $125k, second year target of $175k and third year target of $200-300k.

Responsibilities and Duties

Service Delivery

  • Prospect via calls, emails, email sequences, insight searches & campaigns.
  • Host regular calls, meetings and plant tours for existing clients and potential customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wastewater operators, city engineers and consulting engineers, contractors, and anyone else in charge of specification decisions.
  • Host, attend and contribute to national webinars.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and join relevant trade committees.
  • Coordinate between external contractors and internal estimators team to obtain timely quotes for specific jobs when they are publicly bid.
  • Update and maintain daily activity, pipeline and backlog via SFDC.
  • Coordinate and manage the sales quote and order submittal package process, when necessary.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections, when necessary.
  • Accountable for winning new business and positively impacting company growth goals.

Position Requirements

Travel Requirements :

  • Approximately 30% travel (dependent on region and business units)
  • You must be located within the Austin or San Antonio area.
  • Key Skills Required

  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Sales background in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Excellent relationship development and customer communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
  • Professionalism, dependability, commitment, and integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, operational facilitation, detailed collaboration, and effective communication.
