Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing will develop and execute a marketing strategy to generate 500 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in 2025 while enhancing brand visibility and ensuring alignment with the company's vision. This executive role combines leadership with tactical execution to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing and Execution
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Armour Roof Co.’s business objectives and market expansion goals.
Achieve a minimum Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to SQL conversion rate of 80%.
Drive measurable growth through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation and SQL Management
Generate 500 SQLs in 2025 within the specified target markets.
Implement cost-effective acquisition strategies, maintaining a target cost per SQL of $1,200 or less.
Track and report SQL metrics, ensuring accurate measurement through defined tracking systems.
Digital Marketing and Brand Visibility
Optimize Armour Roof Co.’s website for SEO and user experience.
Leverage digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Manage social media strategy, including ad campaigns, audience targeting, and engagement.
Increase brand awareness through consistent content creation, including blogs, case studies, and newsletters.
Traditional Marketing Integration
Utilize traditional marketing channels, such as print advertising, direct mail, and PR, to complement digital efforts.
Develop and execute trade shows, lunch and learns and other strategic event strategies, including booth design and promotional materials.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to measure marketing performance and ROI.
Analyze data to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and guide budget allocation.
Implement attribution modeling to track the success of all marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership and Culture
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Participate in hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with Armour Roof Co.’s values and culture.
Act as a culture ambassador by implementing feedback-driven improvements and organizing training opportunities.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage a $600,000 annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient resource allocation.
Prioritize high-impact activities and innovative approaches to maximize returns.
Innovation and Strategic Growth
Stay ahead of industry trends to implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand Armour Roof Co.’s influence and reach.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Key Metrics for Success
- SQL Generation :
Achieve 500 new SQLs in 2025 across target markets.
Maintain a target cost per SQL of $1,200 or less.
Reach an MQL-to-SQL conversion rate of 80% or higher.
Demonstrate increased website traffic, social media engagement, and brand mentions within target markets.
Deliver positive ROI across all marketing initiatives, tracked through attribution modeling and data analysis.
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
10 years in marketing leadership roles, with proven success in B2B lead generation and market expansion.
Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Strong knowledge of traditional marketing methods and how to integrate them effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Track record of driving measurable business growth.

Compensation and Benefits :
150-200K
Tiered based on SQL milestones, with no cap for overachievement. For every 2 SQLs generated above 500, an additional cash bonus is awarded.
