Job Overview:
End2End Public Safety is seeking a talented, self-directed Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to generate leads by driving awareness and marketing of the ARMS solutions to reach each of the 4,200 Campuses and Universities and the 13,000 police Departments throughout the United States. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, industry-leading technology business.
This position will lead the internal and external marketing initiatives, including outbound and inbound marketing and lead generation processes. The key to success in this role is the ability to help us grow by developing high-quality content resources, managing and growing marketing programs, measuring results, and recommending changes to the program to improve outcomes.
This position is evaluated on the number of qualified leads. It will deliver the marketing content, collateral, and customer-facing programs designed to introduce and reach the public safety market's technical influencers and decision-makers.
Job Key Responsibilities:
· coordinate, execute, and manage all marketing campaigns
· implement, measure, and adjust SEO campaigns to meet company goals
· The right candidate is driven to provide excellent customer service and is highly motivated to quickly and accurately complete tasks. Being in continual contact with potential and current customers, this individual will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a consistently positive disposition.
· Our Market – Learn and report on our competitors: strengths, likes, and news;
· Complete assigned campaigns by sending targeted prospects a series of introductory emails or mailers.
· Follow up on mailers by making phone calls to recipients to determine interests.
· Hand off qualified leads to the Sales Team to conduct demos, provide cost quotes, and nurture.
· Marketing Materials – Recommend, create, and order sales collateral, including business cards, catalogs, cut sheets, white papers, mailers, etc.;
· Advertising – Research and recommend where our products/services should be published;
· Social Media – Post on FaceBook, LinkedIn, Website, and Forum;
· Trade Shows – Prepare for and attend national trade shows, providing coverage for the booth and all necessary materials.
· Other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Create and maintain all print collateral and electronic forms of communication.
- Support business development teams by providing sales data, presentation materials, and lead distribution;
- Call/answer telephone calls from potential customers solicited through advertisements to verify needs and to pass to the Sales Team;
- Explain products or services and prices and answer questions from customers;
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends by reading pertinent literature and consulting with sales, support, and technical service areas;
- Market research to understand our position in the market by identifying our competitors and analyzing their marketing strategies to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field a plus;
· Valid Driver's License;
· Able to work on a computer for up to 8 hours;
· Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing;
· Proactive and works independently with minimal supervision and meets set goals;
- Ability to travel and participate in trade shows and conventions;
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel;
· SalesForce experience is a plus;
Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a full-time (exempt) entry-level position. Senior-level candidates are encouraged to apply, but they must have a skill set that matches.

Insurance – BCBS Health/Vision and Dental/Life and Disability
Salary/Incentive Plan - $35,000.00 to $40,000.00, depending on experience and skills.
The incentive plan is based on qualified leads from outbound campaigns converted to demos and sales wins.
