WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Rate and analyze move files to ensure all services are invoiced accurately.
- Distribute revenue to company general ledger, commissioned salespeople, & contracted owner operators.
- Process invoices to internal customers in a timely manner.
- Adhere to billing and invoicing terms per account contracts.
- Adhere to established department processes to ensure efficiency.
- Follow department protocol on incomplete files to ensure proper corrective action and reporting occurs.
- Interact with other Armstrong locations and UniGroup agency to help resolve issues.
- Utilize internal software such as Mainframe, NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and process complex data sets and forms accurately.
- Strong comfort level with navigating multiple applications and systems.
- High-level ability and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Billing and rating experience in the transportation industry desirable.
- General accounting experience desirable.
