Pay $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary
Maintain critical quality documentation, manage ERP quality transactions, and serve as a communication bridge between production, engineering, and external partners. This role is essential to upholding our ISO-certified quality management systems.
Job Duties:
· Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation and records
· Process quality reports in ERP system (NCRs, claims, RMAs, rework orders)
· Communicate quality issues to internal departments and external stakeholders
· Participate in quality audits and corrective actions
· Generate regular quality metrics reports
· Assist with warranty analysis and calibration tasks as needed
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities, as needed, to support team and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP system experience
- ISO 9001/14001 knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
