Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Job Summary
The Shipping Coordinator is a key member of our product distribution process. The Shipping Coordinator ensures accurate, efficient, and timely shipping of our products while maintaining high standards of packaging, documentation, and safety.
Job Duties:
· Prepare and process outgoing shipments
· Pack products securely for safe transit within the established timeline
· Manage shipping documentation and tracking
· Coordinate with production and customer service teams
· Maintain shipping supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of recent shipping experience
- Proficiency with shipping software (carrier and ERP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
