• Vendor Management: Oversee supply chains, maintenance contracts, and ensure top-tier performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Keep finances in check while planning for future needs.
• Maintenance Excellence: Handle everything from plumbing to HVAC, and ensure all systems run smoothly.
• Security & Safety: Maintain top security features and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Grounds Management: From landscaping to snow plowing, ensure the exterior is as stellar as the interior.
• Contract Negotiations: Work with our legal team to handle leases and contracts.
