You'll lead with a laser focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and empowering the sales org to consistently meet and exceed ambitious goals. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
● Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing inside sales group and it's sales managers.
● Robust sales training program stakeholder: Ensure sales managers are equipped with critical tools for success-sales presentation training, closing techniques, and the processes needed to succeed.
● Oversee and accelerate the onboarding of new sales consultants, ensuring they're ready to hit the ground running and exceed targets within their first 30 days.
● Sales Performance stakeholder: Own the sales process, from initial contact to close. Monitor and drive sales conversion metrics to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
● Implement strategies to optimize CRM usage, automate processes, and enhance both sales and operational performance.
● Collaborate with internal org leaders to drive a customer-first sales strategy that boosts satisfaction and retention.
● Foster a culture of accountability, success, and continuous improvement across the org.
● Play a hands-on role in coaching, mentoring, and closing sales to demonstrate leadership by example.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Proven leadership: 10 years of leadership experience in building, growing, and leading high-performing high ticket sales teams.
● Track record of success: A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives, with measurable impact on sales growth.
● Sales expertise: Deep understanding of inside sales strategies, sales processes, and best practices. Experience with transforming and accelerating sales orgs to achieve rapid growth.
● Visionary leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. A natural recruiter, trainer, and leader who's passionate about sales org development and success.
● Hands-on approach: A player-coach who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into sales conversations, guiding reps on the floor while setting a strong example.
● Analytical mindset: Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and optimize strategies that drive results.
● Relationship builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
