Reports To: Pricing Director
Work Location: In-office or Hybrid
Summary Description: The Pricing Analyst will assist the Pricing Director and Chief Financial Officer in executing all aspects of the Firm’s Pricing strategy. They will help develop fee agreements, analyze results, and identify opportunities for profitability enhancement, among other duties.

- Analyze historical and current data to support the development of strategic pricing proposals.
- Maintain the accuracy of client and timekeeper rates.
- Identify opportunities for increasing realization.
- Assist with the development and implementation of key performance metrics.
- Maintain profitability-related data in custom tables.
- Produce both periodic and ad hoc reports to support Firm and departmental objectives.
- Seek continuous improvement of data integrity to help drive effective decision making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of statistical, financial, and accounting principles.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel is required (including pivot tables, v-lookups and macros).
- Experience writing SQL queries is required. Experience maintaining custom tables is preferred.
- Self-motivation, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
- Candidate must be able to employ logical and analytical skills and be able to summarize and communicate effectively
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency; Experience writing SQL queries; Experience with Aderant Expert and maintaining custom tables.
- Law Firm experience strongly preferred; Experience working in a professional services environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:NonePhysical Activity: The employee will be required to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
