WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Rate and analyze move files to ensure all services are invoiced accurately.
Distribute revenue to company general ledger, commissioned salespeople, & contracted owner operators.
Process invoices to internal customers in a timely manner.
Adhere to billing and invoicing terms per account contracts.
Adhere to established department processes to ensure efficiency.
Follow department protocol on incomplete files to ensure proper corrective action and reporting occurs.
Interact with other Armstrong locations and UniGroup agency to help resolve issues.
Utilize internal software such as Mainframe, NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Office Suite.
Any other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
Great attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and process complex data sets and forms accurately.
Strong comfort level with navigating multiple applications and systems.
High-level ability and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to follow established processes and procedures to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Billing and rating experience in the transportation industry desirable.
