What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Administrative Assistant position at Armstrong?
The Customer Service Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support for both the household goods customer service team and sales team. The ideal candidate will be well organized with a customer service-oriented mindset. All training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide administrative support for both the customer service and sales team.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Enter new sales orders and assist with the paperwork.
- Investigate claims and subsequently charge the appropriate account number or person.
- Provide exceptional customer service when responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
