- Operate felting, molding, sanding, and deflashing equipment.
- Identify components by batch number and provide acceptable workmanship.
- Learn and apply SPC applications, basic problem-solving, and corrective action techniques.
- Have good hand and eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
- Adhere to all work instructions per applicable MSPI's and safety/environmental procedures.
- Occasional lifting of 45 lbs.
- Good visual inspection and usage of measurement tools.
