As a Production Operator I, you will be responsible for producing high-quality subcomponents for ordnance, decoy countermeasure flares, and radar countermeasure chaff. This role requires a team player with basic knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines, as well as excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. They will also be required to adhere to all work instructions per applicable MSPI's and safety/environmental procedures.
- Operates felting, molding, sanding, and deflashing equipment
- Must be able to identify components by batch number and provide acceptable workmanship
- Must be able to learn and apply SPC applications, basic problem solving, and corrective action
